I find that my Depression is only bad when I physically feel my worst. Right now I am alternating days between being wired and then the next day completely exhausted - it's the days that I'm exhausted where I feel most depressed, thinking that I'll never be normal again or even have enough energy to go for a walk.
But the days when my energy is better and the anxiety less, I find that hope and optimism replaces the depression. Other than that, I'm not taking anything for it directly.
