My apologies I am talking about total dosing per day, or in other words the total of taking approx 40mg 6 times a day. Maybe I should half my 250mg capsules so I can get a dosage of 20mg 6 times a day...

Regarding the Iodine, surely DMSA does not bind with halogens...? Iodine would surely help on the off days?
