Re: Magnesium, worse fatigue?

Sorry that your magnesium is not helping you. Personally I don't understand how mg can make a person fatigued, unless it's the type that they are taking. There are a few forms of magnesium that aren't that good for us. One such form is magnesium oxide, which is usually added into many supplements and is not well absorbed in our bodies.

Three forms are very good, namely, dimagnesium malate (magnesium malate), magnesium glycinate and mg citrate. Also keep this in mind, it takes 6 months to correct a mg deficiency.

Now the type of magnesium that I take is magnesium malate, which has a time-released formula to it so it doesn't overload your body with too much mg at once. It gives you a slow release throughout the day. My kind also has B6 and some Folic Acid added to it.

Hope this helps, and hope that you get some relief.
