Re: Leaky is the biggest problem.
This is sort of where I am right now as well, although I see the underlying problem of inflammation as the key to fixing my leaky gut.
I've done my antifungal/sibo treatments, the unwanted microbes and their biofilms are now gone, the damaged mucosa and epithelium are raw and newly exposed, and permeability is higher than before treatment.
Strangely, my inflammation feels very low now. Even my chronic TMJ is gone, so my leaky gut should be healing. Perhaps it is and it will just take some time.
I've had good luck with products like Intestinew in the past, but this time I'm considering Perm-A-Vite and possibly Seacure.
Another treatment I'm interested in is Butyrate, both as a supplement and as an Enema/Colonic.
What have you found effective in the past?
