The probiotic I am taking is lactose-S. I only got 2 package from my dentist (cause I am meeting her again today, she will give more or another type I don't know). I think it is made in Japan (the words on the package is in Japanese, I can't read it hehehehhe). It's in the powder form, I need to dissolve it in room temperature water and drink it 1 hour before sleep (one package per day.) Has orange flavour and taste a bit sweet.

The minerals I am taking is Sizzling Minerals. It is a effervescent tablet containing 600 mg of 75 plant derived minerals. I need to dissolve it in hot water and drink it 1 hour away from meals (twice a day). My dentist said it's good for pain and rashes. The website add on the package is http://www.SimplyNaturals.com.
However, when I go to the link, there is just no picture/descriptions of the products (it's only contact infos).I think it is sold through network marketing scheme.
