A good quality PLAIN yogurt and some Saurekraut are good to back up the probiotics with, to help things get established.

Keeping sugars and refined carbs out of your diet will help the probiotics win the territorial war down there!!

Of course, antibiotics are the worst enemy of probiotics, just look at the "anti and pro" prefixes!! You knew that tho.

Sorry, I don't know about brands of probiotics, maybe just try a few different ones.
