Smoother skin, closer shave
I saw this on a morning news program and thought I would share it here with all of you. Sincewe, as females, are not taught like boys how to shave effectively I thought this would be useful.
To get a good, close shave this is what the "professional" barber on GMA said one morning.
Wash your face well before you start, exfoliating if possible. Apply the shave gel, or whatever you normally use, to the area to be shaved.
Shave with the direction of hair growth first, on all areas. Then shave against the growth. Then shave in the direction of the growth again.
Apply lotion or whatever you normally use after rinsing and drying your face.
This is what I do every morning and it's the smoothest I can get my face. It really does work and I very, very rarely get in-grown hairs this way.
I hope this is helpful to you all.
