I have tried the Chi Kung exercises in Daniel Reid's book: The Complete Book of Chinese Health and Healing, but have not continued, because I did not feel any different after doing them for a week. Do you think I should still stay with them? Do you consider the thymus and kidney taps effective? What about the kidney rub?
I am very interested in Chinese medicine and exercise, but sometimes I lose faith if I do not feel results quickly. I would like to be more realistic and patient.
