Hmmm, who should I believe. The collective experience and research of the people on this forum, and people like Dr Jeff and any serious candida expert/candida diet..., or a 27 y.o. WikiAnswer contributor from India (Gauravmicro) whose hobbies include Dance, Listening to music, and Poetry. Hmmm, this is a tough one.

Actually it's not about believing. I've bought raw, unheated honey in the past. In my body it acts the same as regular Sugar does. It's an indulgence.
