Thanks for the advice :) Humaworm always seems a bit pricey so my eyes have been on combining Clarkia with pomegranate and oregano daily. Erm, oh also I saw a pack on ebay here:

Would that be ok instead of Clarkia ? I have no idea how much I would have to take each day!
