Are you sure that all brands have aluminum? I checked the ingredients in my bottle and it says, "methylcobalamin, sodium acetate, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid... Preserved with benzyl alcohol."

The brand is UPI and I got it from my DO. I'm in the US, but I guess it could be a foreign brand.
