Yoe91. I usually don't post much at all these days, but I felt the calling to do so today. I recommend these below. Maybe something will resonate with you. I also had adrenal fatigue. Blessings..


1. The modality called 'Neurolink NIS (Neurological integration system)'. It can increase and fix seratonin and all other hormones automatically in the brain. Anything else in the body that is out of whack, too. This was my saving grace.

2. Buy organic Beef bones. Alternate with organic Chicken bones. They are cheap. Make a broth out of them.
Fill a a big pot with clean water, add beef bones with 2 splashes of apple cider vinegar. This helps draw the minerals out of the bones. Add lots of garlic, onions, parsley. Carrots and celery, too if you like. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 hours. Take meat off bones, cut carrots and put back in soup. Don't miss the marrow. Drink at least 1-2 cups of this everyday. It is so good tasting and it will give you strength.

3. Green Pasture's Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver Oil/High Vitamin Butter oil.
Take 1/2 teaspoon 3X, with your meals everyday.
