PARASITES: House Cleaning & Hygiene

Hi Phelp ~~

Don't worry too much about ultra cleanliness in your environment.

Your infection is from an internal parasite.  Anything you shed from your skin is dead stuff.

Wear clean clothes, bathe with sulfur or antibacterial soap, wash hair with dandruff shampoo (with zinc pyrithione), & use fresh towels & washrags daily.  Change sheets every 3-4 days.

Wash laundry in hot water with any good laundry detergent & add Oxy-Power or Borax.  Add bleach to whites.  Use high setting on dryer.

Vacuum, mop, & dust weekly.  Clean bathroom countertop, sink, floors, toilet, tub, & shower every 3-4 days with heavy-duty cleaners.

Most of all:  Chin up, warrior!  Just look forward to the day you celebrate winning your hard-fought-battles!

Cheers ~~ ICU
