Dr.Jeff need your help with a question about Coconut Oil

I am very confused. The past three weeks my sinuses have closed up both nostrils. I cant breathe a lot and was using nasal spray a few times and suffering the rest. Oddly enough, whenever I take coconut oil from Tropical Traditions, which is supposed to be a great company, It causes a reaction. Ever since ive been taking it for three months, ive had severe sinusitis at times. i have good energy otherwise, and its helped in other ways, but i dont understand.

Also, its like all of a sudden my body acts allergic to certain foods. If i eat lasagna, which i know i cant have, but im poor and my mom makes it..my nose clogs up again for hours with nothing to help it. Im very limited on what I can do and just dont understand why my head area is being more affected all of a sudden. Any advice?
