If your eczema gets worse right after a flush, it's likely that you're not doing enough bowel cleansing after the flush to get the stones/toxins out thoroughly. If you're just using Epsom Salts to flush your bowels, you might want to consider adding in enemas or colonics, too. I get a colonic after each flush... It prevents my skin from getting worse (I have Acne and eczema).
