when i started flushing i got a TON OF leafy green stuff out.. it was so freaky!!! it was like my 3rd and 4th flush i think?!! later on i read about it and some parasites can look like that...!! anyway OUT is way better than in!!! i stopped getting them out like around 5th or 6th flush...
