I'm perturbed to know that you're sensing discomfort at the moment. I'm in that place too - physically, mentally/emotionally, spiritually...I'm almost ready to implode on my ailing self.

May light shine upon you and soothe you until you're kindly relieved by the best of care and comfort.

Healing may be far off, or just around the corner, but be sure it's looking for you as much as you're looking for it. A joyous meeting is inevitable.
