guys, that is a miracle stuff. I am 72, have many issues with back. neck and knees, and that's what helping me for the last 6-7 months. Pain just vanishes, and i don't feel it for a long time (weeks, sometimes months). To my knowledge, there is no any synthetic ingredients. only herbal extracts.
