To begin with...it's not a Great Post. This is a Water Only Fasting forum. Coconut Water just has no place here.
But who am I to be a censor? We have a moderator for that...and if she wants to let it go, welcome aboard. This Water Fasting is where it's at. If you want to drink Coconut Water, that's okay, but don't call it a Fast, and post it elsewhere.....WY
