I had my gallbladder removed about 2 years ago. I am trying to eat more alkaline, but according to my naturopath, I am not digesting my food and therefore not absorbing the nutrients fromt them. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get my body to digest properly.

Is there a point on working on my diet if I can't digest it or will the diet help with that?
