Re: Reporting major improvements
Question for Sky12.:
Original post:
"I'm doing pretty well on my regimen. 200 m.g. Itraconazole, 100 billion probiotic with inulin, Threelac, Milk Thistle, high dose vitamin C and D3, Zinc"
Greetjgs, Sky.
If you don't mind, I have just a few questions about your post above.
First, of all, just let me say that you mentioned eating whole wheat bun or pita bread without it bothering you. All I can say is, congratulations on getting your Candida under such good control! Have you always eaten this way, since you began the diet? If I consumed that, I would suffer for days from the reactions.
Second, I've seen the list of products you are talking. A few questions about the amounts if I may:
I do take everything on your list except the Itrconazol and Milk Thistle, and I've not been able to find that large an amount of probiotics and inulin. I took both Threelac and Fivelac at different times, but it seemed that, after a while, the good effects from the products wore off, as if the Candida developed a tolerance of the two.
As I mentioned, I don't take the Milk Thistle, but I'm taking 6 to 8 drops a day of Oil of Oregano Extract, from which, after 4 days of use, I was happy to suffer a day of horrible and dreadful die-off symptoms. I also eat loads of raw asparagus, which is packed with inulin, plus I take 6 tablespoons of organic cocunut oil a day. I eat nothing but green veggies, eggs, and red meats that are cut by a local food market and does not receive sodium injections. I’m going to cut back on the meat to perhaps one to two times a week because it occurred to me that, even the meat from the market was at one time given
Antibiotics . This could possibly still account for the outbreaks of reactions that I still have. I just hope that the eggs I'm eating will be enough protein. What is your opinion on the meat?
I had a question about the Itrconazol also if I may. Was it yours or your doctor’s decision to use this instead of fluconazole or voriconazole? The only reason I ask is because I had read that there were less chances of an adverse reaction from the latter two. Of course, that could have been misinformation.
May I ask how much of the D3 do you take, as well as the vitamin C and the zinc? I also take these, but am curious to your amounts.
Thank you so much for your time, Sky. Much good luck and happiness to you on your journey to perfect health.
