How can you tell a parasite cleanse is working?
How do you know a parasite cleanse is working or when it needs to be altered? I’m a week and a half into Humaworm and I haven’t experienced much die-off symptoms. They have been limited to short sporadic headaches, itchy nose, I experienced some fatigue a few days in, an achy feeling all over my body that gets worse with stretching, and a few pimples. All this has been mild and nothing I haven’t experienced before. At first I noticed liver flukes and other parasites in my stool but recently I haven’t noticed much except for “sesame seeds” (tapeworm sections?) I haven’t felt any improvement yet and wonder if that’s because what I’m taking isn’t strong enough, it’s too soon to say whether or not the Humaworm is effective for me, or parasites are not a big problem for me which I doubt.
In fact two weeks before I started Humaworm I ate a raw clove of garlic and experienced instant nausea and got so cold I had to wrap myself in a blanket and sit down. The rest of the day I was nauseas. I haven’t experienced anything close to that on Humaworm.
My question is: is what I’m experiencing what I’m supposed to be experiencing on a successful cleanse or should I start looking into Barefoot’s parasite cleanse or something stronger?
I listened to Dr. Sutter’s CD this past weekend and feel happy that I’m finally going in the right direction. He says that when cleansing you need to start with the bowel which as I understand it means a parasite and colon cleanse. I tried Humaworm’s colon cleanse but all it did was constipate me despite all the water I drank. It did not bulk up my stool nor did it make it compact. My stools were just thin, green and even though my body wanted to get rid of it something in Humaworm made that difficult. I had to really push hard to get soft stools out. In terms of a colon cleanser what should I try now? LBB or Dr. Schultz’s? Since I had a bad experience with Humaworm’s cleanser I would like to avoid trying a similar product. Can I try another colon cleanser while on Humaworm?
Also my stools have been green lately (neither dark nor light) and I’m wondering if at the two week mark I should I do a liver cleanse. Maybe that could explain a few things.
Let me give you some information about me. I’m a 29 years old woman and my main symptoms are alternating constipation and diarrhea. I feel more tired than I used to and my thinking isn’t clear as it used to be and I have pain in my forearms that won’t go away. If I didn’t believe in alternative medicine I would probably just be taking an antacid daily and Pepto Bismol weekly and I’m sure that would suppress my symptoms for a few years. Growing up I had a BM every 3-4 days and I thought that was normal. While I don’t currently have any serious health issues I know what I’m experiencing is the beginning of one and I want to avoid that.
Thanks for your help!
