true, this time only I hadn't eliminated first. What do you mean when you say 'hard' to do the enema w/o eliminating first? Do you mean you encountered nausea too, or diarrhea/cramps? I feel like I"m having a bile attack or something, I'm still a bit off in my gut today, and burping a few times, and reflux of grease feeling when I burp.
