Re: Day 2 of 30 day cleanse

I'm starting my cleanse on July 1, and am planning on adding coconut oil too. Please let me know how it works for you. I take vitamins as well on the cleanse, just a multi, and I take it at night so it can be absorbed. I'm doing this one for 30 days, come hell or high water! I may falter on a few days, but I won't quit!
