thyroid and tinnitus issue keep flaring up

i never knew how the thyroid acts up causing tinnitus that is what my doctor told me. my right ear keeps flaring up and the problem has shifted from right ear to left ear, but now it isn't as bad like it was in the past. i experienced noise/clogging again last night. i had it today and it calm down now but still feel pressure.

that is why i keep going back to the doctor every 6 mos and it seems now the flare up is starting at 4 months. i hate answering the same questions. they keep prescribing me drugs which i do not want, my 2nd doctor doesnt know i take herbs but the 1st doctor does. i had my levels tested 4 months ago this year, one part was spiked up and they wanted me to bring it down, the rest of the levels were fine. they keep checking if i have diabetes which i do not.

well, i have state insurance nothing that is natural is covered at all. i have no job, jobs are a needle in a haystack in my state and no money. im really tired of going back just for an ear cleaning. i use clove oil in my ears just to clean and it does help soothe the irritation. of course, these non naturopathic doctors arent really giving me any kind of advice on tinnitus. i can feel the wax right now moving, but if i get clogging tonight and tomorrow im gonna make another appointment. my doctors complain about how my right ear produces too much wax yet now my left ear is catching up with the right ear! im like gee whiz then do something if it is such a problem, get to the root of the problem!

i try to eat organic,raw, vegan, vegetarian, and some meat etc as possible on a extremely limited budget. i am wondering those who have a thyroid and tinnitus/clogging issue in your ear(s), what have you done to get rid of the problem?
