Re: Liver Flushing & Parasite Cleanse SCREW UP.....PLEASE HELP
HI Richard,
parasite cleansing has a way of messing with the digestion because it destroys the good bacteria along with the bad. At the same time, you need to have a very good elimination system in order to get rid of the dead parasites. Therefore,
parasite cleanse kits usually include a laxative and bulking agent in order to help with constipation during the cleanse. There is no point in taking probiotics during the cleanse as you're going to kill all these bacteria anyway. Since you react badly to them it's a sign to you that your body is not ready for them yet.
In order to heal your leaky gut you need to do a
Colon Cleanse as Richard Schultze describes. You need to take a bulking product that contains healing herbs and a herbal laxative that pushes all that out while stimulating your liver.
At the same time, you need to continue the
Liver Flushes and the
parasite cleanse. Two weeks worth of parasite cleanse amounts to nothing. If you've seen worms coming out of you rest assured that you need to cleanse for a few months until you're clear.
You will find very good instructions as to how to go about it in the Natural Healing forum. Uniquity also sells very good products that are cheaper than Schulzes. anyway, just take a look and think about the journey you need to embark on. This is not a two week thing. As you've seen, just doing a little cleansing only messes with your system as you start to dislodge stuff but never go far enough to remove it.
After a few months of cleansing you can start your probiotics. I found Reflora from Vaxa to be very good. I also tried the expensive stuff, Dr. Ohira's, and they constipate me. It all depends what kind of strands you're missing.
I've read good things about Colostrum and bought it from iherb but it didn't do much for me. Again, it all depends on what your body needs. We are not all the same.
Good luck!
