No - I have never broke out after a flush - no skin rashes. The same with my sister. The only reaction I've gotton from a flush is some soreness on the right side for a day or two. I usually feel great after a flush. No, I don't get colonics. I live in the country, so it's not convenient. I have done them myself at home, but I prefer coffee enemas. I've been doing them for years.
