You know you are so right. I do have concerns about clogging my liver. About magnesium stearate and other additives and even a concern over gelatin in the capsules of the many supplements I have taken. While I do wonder about ‘God knows what’ I have done to myself over the years have never had any heartburn. I have slippery elm tincture but have never eaten it as a gruel. I just found an article by Schulze and will check it out.
Cheap and efficient sounds good!
