Actually, I'm hypoT and my body temp is very low. To make things worse my eyes are severely dry, so I can barely read the posts. I tried to read the culter protocol but I just can't :(

Should I take 100mg of ALA every 3 hours for 3 days on and 3 days off for 10 rounds?
I take zinc picolinate 50mg, selenium 100mcg to 200, 250 to 400 magnesium chelate. Also vitamin C around 2,000 to 3,000 and I take alot more supps :) lol
