I bought the premium starter kit, but if i remember it was only $180, not 197. maybe they raised the price.

I sleep on mine long ways so it touches my whole body, an use the mat beneath my comptuer.

I don't notice much difference really, but i'm sure it's helping. I'm just so out of touch with my body because i'm on benzos nothing feels right.
