Re:liver flush 11.. diskynesia looking fordaily flushs now

Ha ha I am now entertaining any and all ideas about flushes that are daily or a few times a week that dont involve Epsom Salts .. my body is telling me to try something else..
thanks for the tip will do the coke flush next and look up the one you mentioned.


I am still only getting yellow sand with this flush about do do my follow up coffee enema. headaches gone.. really do I have to do that miserable flush just to stop an attack? errg... maybe more will come out later today.

... have a liver panel tomorrow ( fibrosure nash ) to see if it shows anything.
