Holosync and Hemi-sync audio tapes for anxiety, phobias, stress...

Hi, I wonder if anyone is using these audio tapes for above mentioned problems ? Have these recordings helped you more like a placebo in your case ? I am suffering from generalized anxiety disorder and social anxiety, Depression for a long period. I've tried almost all drugs and many therapies and alternative therapies but nothing has worked for me. So i want to try these CDs and i hope that it will be work a little bit more than placebo. Thanks.
