Tracy, I absolutely would go with the liquid version of supplemental oleander. Besides possibly being absorbed better when taken orally when malabsorption is an issue, you can also deliver it sublinqually and rectally (via a rectal syringe or therapeutic enema). Both of those avenues bypass the digestive system, however, with sublingual delivery you can go ahead and swallow it after holding it under your tongue for a few minutes. Depending on what kind of cancer you have, sublingual or rectal may be the best routes. Sublingual delivery goes first to the heart and then is distributed through the blood stream. Rectal delivery goes first to the liver and then on to the heart to be distributed further. Thus, for liver cancer or rectal cancer rectal delivery would be the best route.
If I might add, if I were you I would be looking at what might be causing malabsorption issues and trying to correct that as best I could. My suggestion would be to go to Unyquity over at the Natural Healing forum for help with malabsorption. She is tops on getting the body back in it's optimum natural state of performance, including proper digestion.
