I forget how many months I've been taking it, but it's been quite a few now. Probably coming up close on a year.
Anyhow, for autoimmune.. at least the autoimmune issues I have this herb is working wonders. And it keeps getting better.
Originally, I was anticipating if it did anything for me as good as it was going to get was going to be near the four month mark. I was wrong. My symptoms keep slowly and continually getting better and better.
I fully expect when enough time passes, and I have continued to take the chang shan, that any symptoms I have remaining will be completely in remission.
Around the fifth or sixth month timeframe I did an experiment with stopping taking the chang shan to see if any benefits I were receiving were imaginary. I didn't notice anything right away, but after a period of four to six weeks my joints starting hurting, ulcerations on the inside of my nostrils came back, redness on the malar region increased, the Raynaud's phenomena increased, etc. But it was a slow buildup.
Started to consume the chang shan again, and within days everything slowly began to resolve.
It only took twelve years of constant search, and lots of dollars spent.. but I found what I had been looking for.
