Thank you guys so much! Thing is, Im trying not to use supplements to mask a problem I might have. I mean eventually I am going to try one you guys suggested because i need to atleast live life. Although one of you mentioned panic attacks and these I dont have. Its more of an anxiety. I get very spacey too and I dont comprehend what people are saying.
