Thanks for your message. I am very glad you are still odor-free! I have been having congestion for over a week, since I did the first major Grapefruit-Seed-Extract wash - if it's possible, I think I actually "moved" some of the infection down to my lower sinuses. But, as long as the odor is gone - which it still is - I can deal with a sinus infection.

Any other symptoms that you have, such as more congestion or increased mucus? Also, just checking - you haven't altered your diet at all, have you? I haven't but if wondering if maybe I should.

Thanks again for replying to my posts and especially for posting your first one, which prompted me to do the sinus wash in the first place!!!:)
