She sells water kefir and scobys for kambucha too and charges $20. You send her cash AFTER you receive your order, which she ships every Monday without fail. She operates on the honor system, which is what honest people do.

Oh, also she provides detailed instructions and will answer personal email with questions and concerns. I've bought milk grains and water kefir from her.

I hope that there is a reason why Dom is not coming through. Kefir usually attracts honest people!
