Re: Loose teeth question.
Not sure if this is an answer... its just what i´m experiencing and may "help"!
after having many tooth and gum problems over the years... started awhile back to regularly pull oil. This worked wonders for the gums. during these years, I unfortunately lost the first tooth that was shaky because of believing the dentist that it would be better. It was a tough job for him, extracting that tooth and years later the next 2. Since then, I´ve two front teeth that are shaky that i wont be losing. i´ve since realised that since the extracted teeth were so awfully hard to pull out, i´ve probably got some very strong roots. So I´ve left these two in and its been at least 3 - 4 years with "no problems". Well.... small ones compared to losing them. One is slightly discoloured because its a bit set back and the second one right next to it was´nt shaky when the first one started. There are times when I truly feel like they dont shake anymore but then I find this not to be the case. the shaking is minimal, thank heavens! Wish I´d kept up with the regular oil-pulling - just may have really seen these two front teeth stop shaking. Am trying to get back into that routine and watch all the improvements (like years ago) that go with OP.
Another major chance, thanks to CZ, was switching from "normal" toothpast with the flouride to our home-made mixture of 1:1 SodiumBiCarbonat and a good Salt. This has worked very well for cleaning and re-mineralising the teeth.
here´s hoping you wont lose those teeth!
