Propylene glycol is "non-toxic antifreeze" and is used in many things including cosmetics, other medicinals, hand lotions, ointments, etc.

MI paste is fluoride free (MI paste plus is not) It does not get any more natural than MI paste for remineralization and these types have mucho Science behind them. Hope this helps
