Thanks, I will look into the possibility that a weak spleen is a cause. If I do some reading about spleen physiology will that relate to what you are referring to? Are you referring to a weak spleen in a Chinese medicine sense? And if so, is that so different from spleen physiology recognized by western Science that I should focus on Chinese medicinne to understand your suggestion that raw seeds + weak spleen = blocked energy flow/blood flow = extremities feel cold(hands+ feet)?

You asked if I have cold hand and feet. I think my feet are colder than they used to be. By I have always had relatively warm feet, so it's hard to compare.
