Strangest "liver" flush I have ever read of and surely follows no rules I have ever read of ever from any source and by the "explaination" of symptoms following what you did "do", my guess is your liver pushed more waste UPWARD, which results in acid "burning" your chest/neck and naturlay the brain. I have no clue how this could in any way shape or form be seen as a "Liver Flush". And the use of:

Milk of Magnesia

Is just to bazzar!

The only Liver Flush that I know that works for all humans past age 6 to 96 is the origonal Dr. Clark Epsoms salts stype liver flush that was in the old blue surgical books long before Dr. Clark too credit for it.

When followed properly, it works, what you did, sounds more like a train wreck because you most likely have a clogged liver, clogged lymph glands, worms, etc. and the colon/kidneys not capable of expelling all the acidic waste fast enough, which resulted in brain freeze via acid over load.

Keep reading, keep self-experimenting and try to avoid all th quacks out there that get their laughs by misguiding people into harming them selves.

Try reading the old dr. clark cure for all disease book and follow her steps, starting with the colon, the kidneys, the liver and then do your liver flusb properly....it works and it works for all. The Christopher, the Shulse and naturally all the non epsom salts liver flushes do not work when real stones are a real problem. I have seen/pictured gallstones that were the size of the gallbladder that came out easily, with out pains, ill side effects whe the clark method was followed properly and it is cheap to do the flush, but if you have to buy the herbs to kill the worms, correct the collon, cleanse the rock out of the kidneys as she suggest, then yes, it can cost you a few bucks. IF you avoid all the pre-cleanse, then yes, you can end up puking and have a head ache like you never knew could exist as acid eats away...
