The yellow object....this is possibly an outside possibility, but I have passed on a number of occasions yellow creamy objects that looked rather like cocoons or almonds after a liver flush. i was quite scared by these to start with but when I took to disecting them they were chalky in the middle, but quite hard in the outside.i finally came to the conclusion that they were some type of liver stone....made up out of billary sludge and starting to get calcified.

Your object does look as though it is coated in bile. had you been doing a liver flush......or anything to stimulate the production of bile?
