So sad how many of us have had the mercury fillings. Such insanity to have been told that in the mouth these fillings are not toxic. Yet mercury is one of the most toxic metals on the planet. When I first began my healing journey 4 years ago my ND told me that getting the mercury out was the first step. I also went to a dentist that used all of the precautions to reduce mercury vapour.
