Cheap alternatives to Threelac

Hello,

I am looking for cheaper alternatives to Threelac/Fivelac please.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Is Jarrow Formulas, Jarro-Dophilus EPS, 5 Billion Organisms Per Capsule a good alternative?

I am on anti-fungals anyway (Nizoral) and eat a strict diet.

I'm finding that at $50 roughly a packet - while consuming three lots a day - that it's not realistic in the long term...
