After 1 year You will be thinking that you are cure.

Full recovery can take 3 years (Like Bee Wilder) - nice clean throat (not red), no symptoms, overeat without consequences, strong flora ....

I have die-off(headache, colon colic, colon pain, eye floaters, burning eyes, head colic, STIFFNESS (can't even talk !!), ear ringing .....) 8 months and my symptoms are diffeent every 1-2 months (some little mistakes month ago and i am few weeks down) but overall i do great progress on BEE WILDER plan.
