Not friends with the sun :(

hey everyone, i've had a problem with the sun for quite a long time and i really want to know why and what i can do about it. basically i get really bad headaches from the sun, runny and swollen eyes and i also sneeze a lot..i only have to be out for a few minutes for this to happen. and it's really annoying because the headache lasts all day..i'm guessing this is hay fever right? but what would be the cause of the problem a liver congestion do you think? anyone can give me any advice would be appriciated :)
