Which supplement on the program do you think made you sleep much better or is it the effect of the whole program that has made your sleep better?
My sleep is still very unrefreshing with many awakenings, feeling uncomfortably hot, hunger pangs and heart palpitations. Seriphos did not help with this. Eating meat and protein before bed does but does not completely alleviate the symptoms.
I got ARL hair test results on the way so hopefully the ARL program also works for me as well as it has for you.
