Seating position

I have a two person unit made by MySauna. The three ceramic, far IR heaters are all placed along the back wall, so that my back is to them when seated. Is it important to present my front to the heaters as part of the therapy? This would mean standing up, which is not comfortable, since I am taller than the ceiling height.
