I also wanted to add: I have had all of my fillings replaced ages ago and I have already undergone DMPS mercury detoxification (about seven years ago) and that isn't my problem. However...some years back a dolt of a technician inflated my colon full of barium and some leaked into my body. I got very very sick after that, lost a lot of weight and hair. Since then I have grown back a thick head of hair and *some* of the weight is back on, but I am still dealing with constipation and increasing sensitivities. Constipation is something I have dealt with since childhood, however. I was told I have "lazy bowels" and drank mineral oil ever day until I was 29 years old.
I am purgative free, there was a time when I was dependent on Cascara Segrada when I was getting off mineral oil. I am now down to doing about two enemas a month, when I need to.
I am aware I have poor digestive enzymes, so I am taking a full spectrum blend to help, as well as high quality probiotics. I'll admit I've not been consistent. I will be this round though, I just want to be as healthy as I can!
