kids cleanse?

Wondering what you would suggest for a boy with bedwetting problems. Do you have a cleanse for kids that gets rid any waste and parasites? Wondering if he needs a clense...had issues with constipation/sluggish system when younger. Natural dr. thought he has parasites that could be causing his problems. Any suggestions?
